1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from KNG Gripz ("we", "our", "us"). By placing an order through our website or any authorised sales channel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 
2. Products
KNG Gripz manufactures and sells premium grip socks and related sporting accessories.
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, colours and images are accurate. Due to screen settings and manufacturing variations, colours may differ slightly from those shown online.
 
3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised promotion period.

4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to:

• decline or cancel any order;

• limit quantities purchased;

• correct pricing or product description errors.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
 
5. Payment
Payment is required in full before orders are dispatched.
Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Card

• PayPal

• Afterpay (if available)
   

6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only.
KNG Gripz is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Australia Post

• courier companies

• weather events

• industrial action

• circumstances outside our control.

Risk passes to the customer once goods have been delivered to the nominated shipping address.
 
7. Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days provided:

• items are unworn;

• unwashed;

• in original packaging;

• suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty, damaged or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
 
8. Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Any incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
 
9. Product Use
KNG Gripz products are designed to improve grip during sporting activities.
Customers acknowledge:

• sporting activities carry inherent risks;

• grip socks cannot eliminate slips or injuries;

• users should inspect products before each use.

KNG Gripz accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to use products appropriately.
 
10. Warranty
Our products are covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or incorrect washing are not covered.
 
11. Intellectual Property
All KNG Gripz logos, branding, product designs, graphics, photographs and website content remain the property of KNG Gripz.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
 
12. Promotional Codes
Discount codes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be combined unless stated;

• may exclude selected products;

• expire on the advertised date.

KNG Gripz reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.
 
13. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers.
Wholesale orders may have:

• minimum order quantities;

• separate payment terms;

• separate shipping arrangements.

Wholesale customers should contact KNG Gripz directly for pricing.
 
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KNG Gripz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
 
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
